Opportunities

Adopt/ Foster At Animal Friends

Adopt / Foster

UPDATE 5/28/2020: Anyone interested in viewing our animals that are available for adoption/foster can do so without an appointment. Visitors are asked to maintain social distancing while in our building, and may be asked to wait outside should our lobby become too full.

THE BELOW LISTING IS IN REAL TIME, SO CHECK OFTEN FOR NEW ANIMALS THAT ARE ADDED AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE.All of these animals are eligible for Foster or Adoption. There is no appointment needed to view animals that are housed at the shelter. We do not hold animals, so if you’re interested in adopting then you will need to visit the shelter in person and submit an application. If the animal’s location says “Foster Home”, then that animal is already placed in a foster home, but is eligible for adoption and a meet and greet will be scheduled with the foster family if your application is approved. You can fill out our Adoption Application and email to AnimalServices@butlercountyohio.org if you’re interested in meeting with a foster animal. Applications are kept on file for at least 30 days. Hours of Operation can be found HERE.

  • One-time, Ongoing, Recurring
