Our mission	Hospice means more care, not less.

Opportunities	Companionship Volunteer Visit with a patient / family to provide companionship, friendship, conversations, reading, playing a game, or providing alternative therapies (if needed) such as massage, Reiki, music, art, etc. Companionship volunteers sit with people while families run errands and share common experiences. Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Community Support Assist with special events/programs in the communities we serve (Bingo, activities, etc.) or help raise awareness in the community more broadly (Example: Health Fairs). Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Administrative Support Any kind of office or administrative help, such as answering the phones, filing, data entry, making copies, assembling packets, stuffing envelopes, etc. Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals Office work, Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends

How you help	Compassion and commitment are the hallmarks of a great hospice volunteer. Being with families facing death and loss can be challenging, but volunteers who work in hospice understand how this type of care can bring quality and dignity to those facing the end of life. From spending time with patients and families to providing administrative assistance and helping with fundraising, volunteers are instrumental in the life of every hospice.

About us	Bella Care Hospice is a compassionate team of doctors, nurses, social workers, bereavement and spiritual coordinators, volunteers, and therapists who meet medical, physical, and emotional needs of patients, communities, and families.
