Our mission	Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission helps low income individuals and families develop the knowledge, opportunities, and resources they need to achieve self- reliance.

Opportunities	Senior Center Volunteer Assist with programming at one of our three Senior Centers. One-time, Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals Office work, Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Neighborhood Center Volunteer Provide client services in one of our eight locations. One-time 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Head Start Center Help by organizing center events, being a bus monitor, leading a parent activity, supervising children in the classroom or on field trips. One-time, Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Event support, Indoor, Outdoor On-site Weekdays NKCAC group projects Potential projects are varied, but some of the most common include: painting and repairing Head Start and Neighborhood Centers, building playgrounds, conducting food drives, organizing a Christmas, Thanksgiving or Back-to-School donation drive, and more. Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Corporate Teams Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Mentor Help mentor our training participants as they learn job skills. Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals Office work, Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends
