Officers are President, VP, Secretary and Treasurer. Committees are Finance, Operations and Development. Board Requirements Participate on at least one committee. Attend at least 8 BOT meetings/year. Attend (in person) BOT annual retreat/ strategy meeting (held in Oct/Nov on a Saturday). Participate in efforts to cultivate donors/ donations as requested by Development committee.
