Connect, While Staying At Home

On one call the family shared, “Joe is coming home tomorrow!”.
During the calls Carol, Lynn and other volunteers ask how the nursing home is helping the resident keep in touch with family, and they listen to worries and respond to questions. For complex issues, the volunteers contact a staff ombudsman with the expertise to respond.
