For the past 12 years, Cincinnatus has collaborated with Cincinnati Public Schools to recruit business leaders who mentor principals on leadership and management. The principals in turn help the business leaders understand urban public education. The Education Panel is looking for 12 new volunteers for the coming year. Volunteers need not be Cincinnatus members, and the mentoring can be accomplished via telephone or video conferences.
