The Arthritis Foundation’s original Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get decked out and be festive while racing to raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability. Put on your favorite holiday costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. ’Tis the season to live it up and be jolly for a reason!

Our very own JA Warrior, Paige, has made it another week in Food Networks #KidsBakingChampionship. Let’s continue cheering her on and showing our support on Monday at 9 pm EST. Thank you so much Paige for sharing this yummy Valentine’s Day dessert.*Crust:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butterCombine all of these ingredients in a mixer or food processor. When combined, using your fingers spread the dough into a 12 inch, lightly greased tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake the tart in an oven preheated to 350 degrees, for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from tart pan.Filling:
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 table spoons cocoa powderAdd all ingredients in food processor or mixer and combine. You may add more cocoa powder or sugar to taste.Spread filling onto cooled tart crust and top with sliced fresh strawberries and raspberries. Add as many as you would like, as this is a great way to lighten the dish! You can play around with different designs and shapes as you lay out the fruit....for Valentine’s Day a heart would be perfect!*Everyone’s body is different and you know your body better than anyone.
