The Art of Making Memories is the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual spring benefit brings together hundreds of community members and business leaders in support of care and cure for families living with Alzheimer’s. The benefit features framed, original artwork created by individuals in the early to middle stages of Alzheimer’s disease who participate in the award-winning Alzheimer’s Association Memories in the Making® art program. Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, wine and beer, unique raffles, pictures with Moe the purple elephant mascot, mobile bidding for the silent and live auction item and more!

On March 14, advocates from across Ohio gathered in the Ohio Statehouse for the 2019 Ohio Memory Day to share their Alzheimer's journey and urge legislators to address Alzheimer's immediately by supporting Senate Bill 24. Today, we celebrate the state Senate's unanimous passage of that bill, which calls for the creation of an official Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Task Force to develop a state Alzheimer's plan.
