The Healing Center is THANKFUL for all of the church teams, small groups, service learning/community service students, and professional organizations that have shown their support by serving with us! #volunteerappreciation #thankful #helpingeachotherthrive ... See MoreSee Less

We are so thankful for volunteers like Mike Sedziol who has served at the Healing Center for 10 years. As part of the Bicycle Ministry Mike works to repair and tune-up donated bikes, which can then be given to guests as a means of transportation. Mike enjoys riding in his free time and is glad he found a way to serve others by sharing his passion. Mike said every time he gets on his own bike it is a reminder of how God can use one’s talents and interests to help better the lives of others.

April is Volunteer Appreciation Month and the Healing Center is beyond blessed by volunteers, like Tracy Early, who use their unique talents, gifts, and abilities to help us provide exceptional service to our Healing Center Guests.Tracy is a high school guidance counselor and motivational trainer who serves at the Healing Center as a Step 1 Facilitator. In Step 1 Tracy introduces our brand new guests to the programs and services the Healing Center offers that will help them identify their future story and take steps toward self-sufficiency. Tracy said he is a “big proponent of personal growth,” and the Healing Center was a perfect fit for his next chapter of service. Thank you, Tracy!
