Feel at Home

Some residents have no family outside the facility; we really are family to them. When Mae Lyn arrived, she was malnourished, taking medication incorrectly, and suffering from loneliness and depression. We helped her feel at home while improving nutrition and regulating medication. Once she was stable, the staff worked to improve her socialization and get her involved in activities.
