Our mission

Our mission is to empower families and individuals toward becoming self-sufficient through opportunities that impact their overall social, emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and economic well-being with the adjacent and surrounding neighborhoods in the city of Cincinnati and within Hamilton County Ohio.

Opportunities

Lincoln Heights Outreach - Market Food Pantry

Welcome! Lincoln Heights Outreach’s choice market runs every other Tuesday from 4-6 pm and every other Saturday from 10 am- 12 pm. Guests are invited to come inside the food pantry space and gather groceries for their families from our shelves, produce, fridge, and freezer.

Volunteers tasks include welcoming guests, checking guests in, assisting with shopping, restocking shelves, directing parking, and keeping the space tidy. Please sign up using our volunteer sign up link: https://signup.com/go/JwrUGtm

Dress comfortably and park in the white chapel parking lot at 9927 Wayne Ave or the brown brick building parking lot at 9931 Wayne Ave, then go to the brown door under the awning at 9913 Wayne Ave.

Lincoln Heights Outreach - Clothing Closet

Welcome! Lincoln Heights Outreach’s Clothing Closet is open every Wednesday 3-5 pm, every Friday 10 am – 12 pm, and every other Saturday 10 am – 12 pm. We provide clothing, shoes, and toiletry essentials to our patrons (men, women, and youth) to ensure that they have all their essential apparel needs met.

Help keep our clothing closet organized and ready for distribution! Volunteers will assist with sorting donations, hanging clothes, and ensuring that the closet remains stocked with gently used clothing for individuals and families.

Lincoln Heights Outreach - Donations Needed

We are always in need of donations of many varieties for both the food pantry and clothing closet! Donate shelf stable items of all kinds (including past date); we welcome any and all shelf stable items from individuals or from food drives. Clear out your closet and donate clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, and/or hygiene items to our clothing closet. Reach out to Tess Balsley at tmbalsley@lhoicincy.net with any questions or to arrange a food or hygiene drive.
