Position | While day-to-day operations are led by SBCC's Executive Director, the Board-ED relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected. Specific board member responsibilities include:

Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

Requirements | Members must attend 50% of all regularly scheduled meetings. Members are encouraged to attend all fundraising events, social events, and other activities of the Coalition. All members are covered by "Officers and Director's" liability insurance. |

On-boarding | Our on-boarding process is as follows: 1) Meet with Executive Director, Governance Chair and Board of Directors Chair 2) Attend a meeting (shadow) |
