Board Member
| Our board | The Camp Ernst board is an advisory board within the corporate board of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Our members are passionate about youth development and the life changing experiences that happen when you get kids unplugged, outdoors together. The primary goal is to support the camp in fundraising, events, and promotion, as well as policy-making. |

| Position | The YMCA Camp Ernst board is an advisory board. Members partner with the Executive Director to facilitate growth and capacity, as well as mission advancement at camp. |

| Commitment | 1 to 3 hours/month |

| Donation | We require a specific amount of “give or get” for all board members. |

| Requirements | Board members attend six meetings per year (three morning, three evening) plus a handful of events including YMCA of Greater Cincinnati events, camp open houses, Sunday check-ins at summer camp, etc. |

| On-boarding | Interested candidates should schedule a time to meet with the Executive Director and current board chair or committee member. |
