Board Member – Finance

| Where | currently Messer Construction conference room, however this may change. |

| Donation | We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

| Requirements | We aim for a good proportion as strategic thinkers and also to be able to solicit fundraising corporate sponsorships. Various specific roles are recruited for (finance, legal, HR, marketing, etc.) but other board members have more "at large" roles. We only have a few committees and most board members serve on a committee, short-term task force, or assist with the fundraising gala with a specific role. |

| On-boarding | 2 hour overview of agency, policies, mission, strategic plan and culture after being elected. Then paired with a current board member to further connectedness. |
