Our board Our board is a working board which is comprised of 8 members. We are a fairly young and technologically capable group of individuals who plan and execute the mission and vision of A Voice for the Innocent, through our own efforts and through the help of our volunteer network.
Position The Social Media Director is responsible for the oversight of all social media efforts. The social media director works to create a comprehensive social media strategy based on best practices and curated monthly content provided by our content team and other external sources. You will work with the social media team to drive conversion based on organizational goals and will analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of all social campaigns. Additionally, you'll work with other board members and directors to ensure the social media team is working at optimal capacity and that all organizational social media goals are met.

Donation We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
Requirements Board members are required to meet once a month and dedicate 5 hours of work a week on their respective tasks.
On-boarding An initial phone interview is conducted with the president of the board. Once complete, an in person interview is scheduled with the entire board. Upon acceptance, a candidate undergoes a 90 day trial period in which they are given a training and are assigned responsibilities.
Our mission A Voice for the Innocent is a non-profit community dedicated to the support of those affected by rape and sexual abuse. We are a safe and compassionate space to come forward about your story and we use music and technology to provide access to long term resources.
