Our mission	To mobilize, educate, and organize low wage and immigrant workers to achieve positive systemic change.

Opportunities	Volunteer Technology skills, distributing and posting flyers throughout the community, outreach and recruitment for CIWC events and functions, bookkeeping or accounting experience, and canvassing and survey skills. One-time, Occasional Teens, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Event support, Indoor, Outdoor None, On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Language Translators Volunteer needs include Spanish translation and interpretation skills (French is a plus as well). Occasional, Weekly Teens, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site, Skilled Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends

How you help	The CIWC needs you! With a staff of just two people, the CIWC depends on it’s members and dedicated volunteers to support our organization’s work.

About us	The Cincinnati Interfaith Workers Center (CIWC) was  established in March 2005 to mobilize, educate and  organize low wage and immigrant workers to achieve positive systemic change. These efforts  are designed to give low-income workers from all walks  of life the opportunity to creatively challenge the power  relationships with their employers and improve their  working terms and conditions. The goal is to provide  community members the tools and support they need to  transform their workplaces and communities as a whole. Our 135 members pursue this mission through a Worker Justice committee and an Immigrant Rights committee.
