Individual Volunteer Opportunities Side-Walking Side Walkers provide emotional, educational, and physical support for riders in our hippotherapy and adaptive recreational riding programs. We cannot do what we do, without YOU! Each year, with the generosity of our community partners and donors, Cincinnati Therapeutic Riding and Horsemanship off-sets programming costs for our patients, participants and their families by 80 percent. Please consider making a financial contribution, so that we can maintain current programming fees, which only cover 20 percent of the total cost of delivery.

How you help Volunteers are crucial to ensuring our programs are successful. Volunteers may assist with hippotherapy, adaptive recreational riding and miniature horse programs as well as other needs such as facility maintenance and administrative projects.
About us Since 1985, we have served Greater Cincinnati participants with a variety of disabilities including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, developmental delay, ADD, ADHD, stroke, visual and hearing impairments, and mental health issues.
