Building community through story. Cincy Stories is the power of stories told at events, through media and around the dinner table to connect our city.
Opportunities

Street Team/Live Event Promotion

Like the idea of giving away free stuff and promoting our upcoming events and community work? Help us spread the word as part of our street team. Then the night of the event you’ll help with set-up and outreach. This position earns you a free beer (age providing) the night of the event!

Story Gallery

Love people? This is the volunteer opportunity for you. Spend a day (12pm-6pm) at our (soon to be multiple) Story Galleries. Our Story Galleries are a combination of an art gallery, coffee shop and living room. Perfect for freelancers. Usually plenty of time (and comfy couches and all the coffee you can drink) to do your own personal work or meetings.

About us

Stories allow for walls to come down and empathy and understanding to be built in their place. Stories are the key to relationships and relationships are the key to community. With personal story, Cincy Stories hopes to build a deep community of listening, understanding and empathy. Whether through our monthly live storytelling events, short documentary videos, or community engagement work we know that stories do sacred things and simply want to take part in the hearing and telling of our collective stories.
