Download Street Reach and help our neighbors in need! Street Reach is an app for Android or iOS. Letting you to report people experiencing homelessness to our Central Access Point Helpline Intake Specialists. All we need is a general description of the person/persons and a location. We’ll send a trained Street Outreach Worker to that location. To check on them, and help them start their journey back to stable housing. How you help	When you see homelessness in your community, you can do something to help. Download Street Reach, available for iPhone and Android. Street Reach allows you to respond to homelessness when you see it in your community by sending real-time information to trained specialists. Information you send through Street Reach is delivered to Street Outreach teams who can offer life-saving resources to those in need. Beyond being a resource to end homelessness, Street Reach also offers educational resources for those wishing to know more about homelessness in Greater Cincinnati.
