Our mission	Freestore Foodbank’s mission is to improve lives by eliminating hunger in partnership with our community, and our vision is to create a hunger-free, healthy, and thriving community. To achieve this vision, our objectives are to provide nutritious food, connect to support services and offer a pathway from crisis to stability.

Opportunities	Donate Today Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Virtual, In Person On-site, Formal Special Event Help Assisting at special events throughout the year including Holiday Operations, Rubber Duck Regatta & Hunger Walk. One-time Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Event support None Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Sort & Pack Sort and package nonperishable food that is later distributed to local food pantries, soup kitchens & shelters. This takes place at our Mayerson Distribution Center, 1250 Tennessee Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229 One-time Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Physical, Indoor None Weekdays, Evenings Stock Shelves Stock shelves, sort food and provide customer service to people as they shop at the Food Room in the Customer Connection Center. This takes place at the Liberty Street Market. One-time Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Indoor None Weekdays, Evenings

How you help	Volunteers are a vital part of the Freestore Foodbank’s strategic plan to provide 50 million meals by the year 2020. Every time you volunteer, you will leave knowing that you have helped to provide Food, Connection and Hope for our neighbors in need.
