Shepherd's Rep

We train leaders to be Shepherd's Representatives within their organizations - churches, neighborhoods, extended families, community centers, clubs, workplaces, businesses, etc. A Shepherd's Rep inspires their friends, family members, associates, and neighbors to answer God's call to serve, creates a service team of dedicated volunteers, and acts as a liaison between their team and our Volunteer Coordinator, scheduling opportunities for service as individuals or a whole group.

How you help Volunteers make our program happen! Mentors help teach youth leadership skills, respect for themselves and for others and practical life skills and academic tutoring to help them become independent, flourishing, employed adults.
About us The Shepherd's Place is a free afterschool program that provides a safe place for youth in grades 6 - 12 to participate in projects in various areas of interest such as art, cooking, engineering/building, games & sports, horticulture, music, homework help/tutoring/ACT & SAT prep, and leadership. Through the mentoring of adult Christian role models, youth have fun, get help, and find hope as they develop their gifts and learn life skills that shape them into the people God calls them to be.
