About us

Hope’s Closet operates a boutique of new and gently used clothing, baby care essentials, and other necessities for children in foster care—many of whom leave home with little to call their own. In a welcoming, dignified space created by a caring community, children can shop for a week or two of clothes, shoes, personal care items, and more at no cost. Foster parents can also rely on Hope’s Closet year-round for fresh clothing as seasons change and children grow. Beyond providing these essential resources, Hope’s Closet also strengthens the foster care community through support programs and activities designed to encourage and retain foster parents.Â
