Our mission	To keep amazing usable materials out of the waste stream and get them into the hands of our community through our art supply thrift store and creative arts programming.

Opportunities	Store Volunteers Volunteers help with sorting donations, helping roll fabric, testing markers, putting fresh material stock on the floor, organizing donation overflow in the basement, building storage structures, and more. Volunteer shifts are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 12-5pm. Signup to volunteer is on our website. Occasional, Monthly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays

Items we need	Craft and Art supplies We take craft and art supply donations by appointment. Check our Donation Guide to see what we are currently accepting. List of items we generally accept: Paper and Paint Materials Containers Natural items such as pinecones Beads and jewelry making supplies Wood, tile, and glass Tools Party supply items like tissue paper and gift bags Adhesives and solvents Drawing material Textiles Craft supplies Metal and hardware Office supplies Paper goods and books Please check the website for the current list and make an appointment to drop off your donation. About us	Indigo Hippo a nonprofit dedicated to making creative materials more accessible to everyone through our art supply thrift store. We also collaborate with other local organizations and non-profits providing materials for our community in different ways.
