About us | Vision: Isaiah 55, Inc. manages several community gardens to offer healthier food alternatives. We use what we grow to feed the hungry by means of soup kitchens and food pantries. We also provide emergency, temporary and permanent housing and other resources such as clothing and household items. To carry out the mission, Isaiah 55, Inc. hosts fundraisers and relies on donations to assist those less fortunate. We hope that you can join us! History: Formed in the early 1990’s, Isaiah 55, Inc was formed in the early 1990’s, and is based on the Bible scripture Isaiah 55:1 “Hey there! All who are thirsty, come to the water! Are you penniless? Come anyway, buy and eat. Come, buy your drinks, buy wine and milk. Buy without money, everything’s FREE.” |
