LEAD Training
Ways to help |
Career Coach & Student Mentor VolunteersThis opportunity would include meeting with juniors and seniors to help them explore career options and help them create positive momentum after graduation. This would be a variable time commitment, but I would anticipate it would be between 2-4 hours per week on average.Career Pathway VolunteersVolunteers in a variety of career fields that are willing to talk with students about their career pathways via a virtual or in-person career Q&A, job shadow opportunities, or as a paired mentor/career path expert. We do a lot of work with high school students to help them explore career options. We hope to have a Rolodex of different professionals in different career clusters interested in sharing their experiences. The time commitment for this would vary depending on what the volunteer wants to do. The average time commitment might be talking to about 10-15 students per year. |
