Career Coach (Year 3 - 4)We connect students with leaders in fields related to their majors - professionals who are well networked and adept at providing industry insights. Coaches should be college graduate well established in profession (10+ years industry experience) and be well networked and able to provide insights and connections in students field of study. |

| How you help | We pair our students with two Coach mentors over their college career. First, we connect our student with someone who can relate: a former college graduate who can share life experiences and give advice on successfully transitioning into college life. Transition coaches are paired with a student for their first two years of college. Next, we connect students with leaders in fields related to their majors - professionals who are well networked and adept at providing industry insights. Career coaches are paired with students for their second two years of college and help them transition into their career. |

| About us | We’re on a mission to improve diversity in the future leaders of Cincinnati. The best way to accomplish that goal is to support those who need it most. First-generation students are at a disadvantage. They often lack the resources, support, and network to succeed in college and career. At Level Up Cincinnati, we aim to close this gap.Motivated young thinkers connect with Level Up Cincinnati and break into fields that are otherwise unfamiliar or inaccessible, bringing talent and new ideas. We move beyond helping students clarify their goals and connect with mentors; we provide the support young leaders need to thrive as they pursue careers. In turn, these up-and-coming professionals will transform the industries they engage with and pave the way for a more diverse and equitable future forever changing the landscape of the Cincinnati community. |
