Our mission	Our mission is to help our nation’s youth develop the social and leadership skills they need to be prepared for entrepreneurship, college, and careers to become contributing members of society.

Opportunities	Millennial Mentorship Help ensure that youth gain the skills and knowledge to explore college, entrepreneurship, and career exploration. We provide opportunities for youth who may go unmatched with other mentor organizations. Occasional Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Indoor Formal Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Exploring Entreprenuership help our youth determine the route they would like to go when it comes to deciding on which business industry they would like to explore. Occasional Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Indoor Formal Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Career Exploration Help prepare students to develop a clear career goal as well as problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, time management, and work-related skills. How you help	As thousands of children go back to school in the Cincinnati area, we need to remind ourselves of different ways we can make a positive impact on a child’s life. One of the ways volunteers like you can make a difference in a child’s life is through tutoring and mentoring.

About us	FGLA is a millennial driven academic support service that works with school aged youth to provide services in a unique and engaging format. We take pride in our authentic ability to relate to the youth and encourage them in a language they understand.
