Our mission	New Life Furniture Bank partners with local social service agencies to provide full house furniture to families and individuals overcoming devastating circumstances, so they can start their new life with hope and dignity.

Opportunities	Volunteer in our Thrift Store We need volunteers to help us sort and prepare donated items for sale. Additonal duties may include moving inventory, setting up displays, assembling furniture, and pricing merchandise. Volunteers will work under the guidance of our store manager for this program. One-time, Occasional, Weekly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Groups (2-10), Corporate Teams Physical, Indoor None Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Make a House a Home for a Family/Individual Starting Over Assist in selecting furniture, delivering and setting up in the home of a family in need. One-time, Occasional Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Corporate Teams, Families Physical None Weekdays, Weekends Build a NEW table for a family to gather in their new home! Build, repair, restore, re-purpose and clean furniture in our NEW wood shop with volunteers from Cincinnati’s Woodworking Club. (No skills required) Monthly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Corporate Teams, Families Physical None Weekdays, Weekends Volunteer at our Community Engagement Center Sort, organize, pack and prepare for delivery household items for families in need. One-time, Occasional, Weekly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults, Child with Adult Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Indoor None Weekdays, Weekends

How you help	Volunteer and help restore dignity and bring pride of ownership and confidence to those in need so they can be self-sufficient. Sort donations of household items, pack and prepare for delivery. Build, repair, clean and restore furniture in our wood shop. Assist with deliveries and help make a house a home for a family starting over!

About us	We collect gently used furniture from people who have extra, inspect and clean it, and deliver the items directly to the homes of families in need. We believe in the healing power of giving and receiving to empower communities to come together and support our most vulnerable populations. We are the only nationally registered furniture bank in Southwest Ohio, striving to end the cycle of homelessness.
