Ways to help youth thrive |
YouthBuild VolunteerAs a volunteer with YouthBuild of Northern Kentucky, and depending on what volunteer position you are interested in (mentor, academic tutor group facilitator, or Construction Skills aide), you take some time to get to know the participants and staff, job-shadow the staff and other volunteers, build relationships with the participants, and then start to volunteer in the capacity you choose. You participate in planning meetings (if available), and also are a part of a network of volunteers. This is a lively place to work, and extremely rewarding. |
