|Our mission||It’s our mission to bring eye exams and glasses to the 1 in 7 people on our planet who lack access to vision care. And with you on our side, victory is in sight. A pair of glasses can fundamentally change someone's world. Yet 1 in 7 people can't get eye care. Together we can unlock their potential. #HelptheWorldSee.|
|About us||OneSight is an independent nonprofit committed to eradicating the global vision care crisis in our lifetime. Because clear sight does so much more than help us see clearly. It helps us perform better in school, earn more and connect more deeply with one another.|

Vanessa will be famous. We’re just sure of it.
Vanessa is in 3rd grade and lives just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. She has an unbridled comedic spirit that’s only rivaled by her “look-at-me” nature. She will make you laugh so hard that your cheeks hurt.
Right now, she wants to be a pianist, but just last month she wanted to be a physical therapist. She loves her family and friends in such a big and fierce way. The world is her oyster—with many thanks to you.
Without these glasses, Vanessa’s left eye is weak and she experiences blurred vision and poor depth perception. But her new glasses take care of that! And Vanessa is busy focusing on what kids should be focusing on now—eagerly learning and dreaming. ... See MoreSee Less

We need your help now more than ever. Before this global pandemic began, there were already over a billion people living without access to vision care. For many of them, the barriers to access loom even larger now than before.
At OneSight, we remain committed to helping every person overcome those barriers. But we need your help. A donation of just $10 can help provide a pair of glasses to someone in need. With your help, we can and will continue to work tirelessly towards a world where everyone can see. Donate today: buff.ly/343IEYQ ... See MoreSee Less

We’ve seen it time & time again: the look of amazement on a child’s face when we put a pair of glasses on them for the first time.
80% of learning is visual, and yet so many children are living with an undiagnosed vision issue simply because they don’t know that they have a problem. Their world has always been fuzzy. Learn how you can help identify a child’s vision issue: buff.ly/2KLuxPR ... See MoreSee Less
I have worn glasses since the 5th grade when our vision was checked by school nurse. She asked what letter could I read? The E. She didn't believe me. Sent a note home and they took me to the eye doctor. He informed my mother that I had severe astigmatism and probably needed glasses when I was two. The miracle of my first pair glasses was extraordinary. There were numbers on houses and telephone poles. I no longer edged ever closer to the 13 inch b&w TV. I didn't flinched when a dodge ball was hit toward me. I still remember that rush of joy and today I am 74. Judy Neal
I had the privilege of volunteering as a translator in a onesight clinic in the Northeast of Brazil almost 4 years ago. It was a huge experience!
I experienced 3 missions. Best weeks of my life!!
I was 18 months old when I got my first pair.
This is why we love doing this 🙏💛
Those moments always hit me hard -- they are my "why" every day
A whole new world has opened up for this beautiful little child wonderful
coolest thing is the first time they see their mother.
Very sweet video
He’s so adorable! 😍 keep up the great work OneSight I miss attending those clinics
I remember being astonished that trees had individual leaves, that they weren't just green blobs.
Sweet angel 🤓✨

“Aquiles might be 75, but he has the energy of an 18-year old. He’s never had glasses before and noticed that his vision was starting to deteriorate over the past few years. He was in the process of building a house here in Lota, but was having trouble seeing the construction materials clearly. Now that he has new glasses, he says he’s going straight back to building… all by himself!” - OneSight Chile Volunteer, Connor Johnson ... See MoreSee Less
