LADD directs and sponsors the Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival.  Volunteers fulfill important positions such as: usher, host/hostess, ticket takers, runners, and venue supervisors during the festival to ensure visitors have a satisfying and safe experience.

Since 1975, LADD has assisted adults with disabilities find living arrangements and provides additional social services.
