Pathways to Home was founded in 1989 as Services to Area Youth with the original mission focused on issues facing teen parents who had dropped out of school. Since then our name has changed and the home visitation services we offer to families include: prenatal and child development education, referrals to community resources and empowerment leading to self-sufficiency. Pathways to Home is committed to responsiveness, by continuing to provide programming that addresses the needs of the community, including our Give & Take Pantry, Mobile Outreach Operation and Summer Programs for Youth. We offer a network of services that changes lives, help people overcome their challenges and strengthen our community through connection.
