Our mission

Since our founding in 1990, we have been dedicated to the health, welfare, and comfort of the cats and kittens that come through our door.

Laundry Assistant

Help wash all blankets, towels and soft toys (daily).

Cleaning Assistant

Help clean the shelter by sweeping and mopping the floors, scooping litter boxes, cleaning cages, washing food and water bowls as well as toys.

How you help

Volunteers are essential to the ongoing operations of the shelter. There are no “insignificant” jobs—all jobs are important to our success.
About us

We are a 501(C)(3) non-profit no-kill cat shelter and adoption center in Silverton dedicated to rescuing cats and finding forever homes for homeless felines in our community. We can house and care for 150 cats in our facility and we find homes for about 175 cats per year.
