At Constellation, our volunteers play an essential role in enhancing the end-of-life journey for patients and families through comfort, connection, and care!  Volunteers work hand-in-hand with our dedicated care team to support patients and families and ease isolation and loneliness.  Volunteers are vital to the care we give!

Hospice is a special concept of care focused on providing comfort, pain relief, and support to those faced with a terminal illness or nearing the end of life. Our approach to care is designed to serve the mind, body, and spirit by providing comfort, pain relief, and support to those nearing the end of life. Our trained team and broad network of experienced providers facilitate compassionate, comprehensive care. We value the impact volunteers bring to our patients, families, partners and to our organization.
