Our mission

St. Joseph Home creates a home for adults and children with developmental disabilities who have complex support needs and use a wheelchair for mobility. The Home, a non-profit ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, offers a creative, loving environment for those in the residential, respite programs and day programs. Attention to the individual’s medical, social, educational, and spiritual development reveals the unique giftedness of each person. Compassionate care and respect for the dignity of life are the hallmarks of St. Joseph Home.
Opportunities

Make Masks!

Those that we serve are at high-risk if they contract of COVID-19. As a result, all 175 care staff need sufficient PPE to reduce the chances of transmission. To this end, we are seeking washable, cotton masks for our front-line care and nursing staff to wear over their more disposable-style masks in order to lengthen usability. We are specifically in need of sewn masks with elastic or ribbon ties. If you are able to contribute, we need up to 150 more than we currently have in circulation as of 4/13/20.
