Volunteer With Us
Help in our call center, assist neighbors around the food pantry, general building upkeep, and special events. There is something for everyone to make a difference.
|How you help||For more than 140 years, St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati has been joining the hands of those in need to those that are able to help. In 2015, volunteers gave more than 115,600 hours to reach out a loving hand to a neighbor in need. The outstretched hand may hold a bag of groceries, clothing for a child, assistance with a bill, or the hand of another in prayer. At St. Vincent de Paul, volunteers are essential to all we do. Everyone has talents and abilities that can be used to help others. Whether you are interested in working directly with our neighbors in need or would prefer behind the scenes opportunities, anyone with a caring heart is invited to join us.|
|About us||As a local organization that maintains the front line of emergency aid for neighbors in need, our ability to impact Cincinnati neighborhoods is unparalleled. We accomplish this by consistently drawing inspiration from our history, values, beliefs and founding principles. Although part of an international organization, St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati is very much a grassroots charity: we create programs and fund a network that targets and directly administers to the specific needs of local residents; simultaneously, we draw on the experiences and the occasional help of Councils throughout the country.|
