Our mission

Sweet Dream House Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing all breeds of dogs and cats from high-kill shelters.

Volunteer

Foster

Our foster program is a great way to help animals in need. By providing an animal a temporary home, the foster parent has given that animal another chance at life that he/she otherwise would not have had. We are always looking for more foster families! Increasing the number of fosters allows us to save more dogs and cats every week.

How you help

Dedicated volunteers like you help rescue homeless dogs & cats through fostering or helping with the pets. Building on a strong foundation of like-minded volunteers in the rescue community, we have built a network of shelters and other rescues in neighboring states who share the same ‘no animal left behind’ philosophy to ensure that we save as many lives as we can.
About us

Our focus is on saving the lives of those who are most likely to not be saved without our help. We concentrate on the transient creatures who have been overlooked by adopters and other rescues, becoming the rescue of ‘last resort’ for those animals. Before any of our rescued dogs and cats are adopted, we provide any necessary medical care and age-appropriate vaccinations to ensure they are healthy. And, they are spayed/neutered and microchipped. We utilize a network of foster homes for pets ready for adoption.
