Ways to help	Offsite Sale Volunteers help staff at events with setting up and taking down of booths. Or they may assist during the sale with sharing the mission and artisan stories. They also help with packaging up products after a sale. Staff persons are always present at the sites and volunteers assist where needed. Off sites are fun, flexible and a great way to work directly within the community, sharing the mission of Fair Trade. One-time, Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Event support, Indoor On-site Weekdays, Weekends Store Volunteer Help by greeting and interacting with customers, unpacking and checking orders, assisting with displays and operating the cash register. One-time Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Advance the mission by sharing artisan stories and or assisting staff in the store Volunteers perform a variety of tasks in the store such as sharing the mission and artisan stories, unpacking new merchandise and helping restock the floor, helping with inventory and other retail tasks. Volunteers choose from 2 -3 hour shifts on days and weeks that are convenient for them. The rugs are handwoven rugs made by our artisan partners in Pakistan who are provided a vital and fair income and would otherwise have few sustainable outlets for their craft and artistry. Specifically we need volunteers to help carry the Rugs from a van which will be parked outside the stores and into the store.
