How you help | The HealthCare Connection (THCC) serves over 17,300 patients through approximately 43,000 office visits yearly. Of the patients we serve, 52% are children, 15.8% are uninsured and 76% are minority. The need for our services is increasing and THCC provides the only medical and dental safety net for low-income families in northern Hamilton County. |

About us | Established in 1967, The HealthCare Connection (formerly the Lincoln Heights Health Center) was the very first community health center in the state of Ohio. Our staff provides medical, dental and behavioral health services to patients that may not otherwise be able to afford the health care services they need. We provide quality, affordable and accessible primary health care services to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. |
