Time to Give

To make Paid Parental Leave (PPL) accessible, so that new parents can take the time they need without putting your business at risk and ensure a smooth transition for both employees and employers.

We are recruiting volunteers to act as temporary workers at a childcare center to fill a six (6) week parental leave. The temporary workers would be fully trained and supplied with all necessary paperwork. Temporary workers will be compensated for their time at minimum wage.

We partner with small businesses across Greater Cincinnati—especially childcare providers—to make paid parental leave possible by providing trained temporary workers, compliance support, and policy guidance that protects families and sustains local employers.
