Our mission

Dedicated to providing resettlement services to refugees through faith- and agency-based co-sponsorship in order to promote self-sufficiency and successful integration into our community. KRM is committed to offering access to community resources and opportunities and to promoting awareness of diversity for the benefit of the whole community.

Opportunities

Youth Mentoring

Volunteers will be paired with refugee young adults ages 15-24 years old to support the youth’s personal, academic, professional, and socio-emotional development.

Co-Sponsorship

A group of 6-8 volunteers will be paired with a refugee family and will assist with necessary support, transportation, and mentorship throughout their resettlement period.

Programs and Events

Volunteers will support special events and activities throughout the year. This may include:

Mentorships-Adult Mentoring

Volunteers will meet one-on-one with adult clients then set goals and utilize resources to achieve them.
Schedule: Minimum 3 month commitment, 1-2 hours/weekly
