Making The Hard Choice at Cincinnati’s Home for Independent Filmmakers

Cindependent Film Festival works to give a voice to those who don’t always have one. This year, Cindependent had to make the hard choice to delay the Cindependent Film Festival until 2021 in order to keep its community safe.

This effect trickles through the Cincinnati film making community – not just the story tellers who exhibit their work at the festival but the vendors, hotels, restaurants, and transportation providers that benefit from the festival weekend. The film festival supports a year long community of industry professionals like production teams and employers that will be significantly effected by the coronavirus pandemic.
