Shelterhouse closed to new clients, volunteer activities

As we monitor and respond to the COVID-19 national emergency, our main priority is, and will remain, providing shelter for our clients in this time of uncertainty.

• Shelterhouse will remain open to all active clients. To limit exposure to our residents, we will not be doing intakes on new clients at this time.
• All volunteer activities have been canceled until further notice.
• All meetings at Shelterhouse have been canceled.
• We are in great need of financial donations at this time to help us isolate the most vulnerable residents.

Every day, we provide shelter, safety and nourishment to 210 homeless men and women who otherwise would go without. Through our two gender-based, low-barrier shelters, we empower residents with holistic case management, health and employment services – while helping them to secure permanent housing.
