Way to Help Title Way to Help Content We need certified yoga instructors who are interested in leading or assisting yoga and mindfulness classes at various locations around town. The first step is for volunteers to meet with Erica so that she can assess which locations might be the best fit for their experience/interest. Volunteers always have the option to shadow a class before committing to a regular schedule and we have teams of volunteers that help with each location. We have our own curriculum that we train on for kids and young adult classes, but volunteers should have their 200 hour RYT already, or be in process of receiving that certification.
