We meet quarterly, but our board members do a lot of work on their own in and committees to drive the vision of the organization forward. Board Requirements All board members are required to attend quarterly meetings and a half day retreat usually held in the spring. Onboarding We expect potential board and committee members to meet with the Executive Director and/or Board Chair to learn more about the organization and expectations of board members. Potential members would be welcome to shadow a board meeting, travel with one of team members to a speak engagements, or participate in a volunteer activity.
