Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) is an all- volunteer, non-profit organization that exists to rescue, protect, and provide care for at risk pets. We promote lifelong adoptions while focusing on spay/neuter and the education of animal welfare.
Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for cats and dogs until they are adopted into permanent, loving homes.
The purpose of HART is to rescue homeless animals, saving them from euthanization, abandonment, and abuse. HART places all rescued animals in foster homes versus shelters.
